These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Advaice mobile application and the website advaice.io,

owned and operated by Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO (“Advaice,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account in the Advaice app and checking the consent box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of Advaice after updates

means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use Advaice.

• By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content in the app and website, including text, videos, graphics, PDFs, downloadable materials, and community resources, is the exclusive property of Advaice or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, modify, or exploit any Advaice content without our written permission.

• Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. User Submissions & Reviews

• Users cannot upload or submit their own content inside the app.

• If you choose to provide a review or testimonial, you grant Advaice a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish your feedback in marketing and communications.

4. Purchases & Payments

• Purchases are currently available as one-time payments via our payment processor CopeCart GmbH.

• In the future, Advaice may offer subscriptions. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

• All purchases are strictly for individual use. Account sharing is prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

• Because Advaice provides digital products and programs, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be granted once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

6. Lifetime Access

• When you purchase an Advaice program, you receive lifetime access to the program content.

• Lifetime access refers to access for the lifetime of the programas offered by Advaice. Delivery methods, platforms, or formats may change over time.

7. Community Guidelines

• Some Advaice programs include access to private communities (e.g., groups, forums, chats).

• You must follow the community rules as outlined within the group.

• Disrespectful, abusive, or unlawful behavior will result in removal without refund.

8. Use of Accounts & Fair Use

• Your account is personal and non-transferable.

• You may not share your login credentials or allow third parties to access your account.

• All Advaice content is protected by copyright. Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Guarantees

• Advaice makes no guarantees of specific results, earnings, or outcomes. Your success depends on factors beyond our control, including your effort, skills, and circumstances.

• The Method of the Intelligent Guarantee:

  • Upon purchasing this program, you receive 90 days of support from Dennis and the Advaice team to reach the goal of $15,000 in revenue.

  • If you do not reach this goal within 90 days while actively engaging with the support, the “Work Until You Win” guarantee applies: we will extend your support until you achieve the $15,000 milestone.

  • This guarantee covers support only, not refunds or financial compensation.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Advaice services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

• Advaice content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

11. Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
